Your patient. Our shared plan.
You often know the joint best, and your patient trusts your recommendation. Dr Yas built this page for working together — open protocols, your patient returned to you for rehab, and a standing invitation into his theatre. No gatekeeping, no tiers. Just good care, shared.

Our commitments to you
The partnership, in plain terms — what you can rely on every time you send a patient our way.
Your patient stays your patient
Every surgical patient is directed back to their referring physiotherapist for rehabilitation. You receive the operation note and the procedure-specific protocol within 48 hours of surgery — so you can pick up the recovery without missing a beat.
A direct line
When you first work together, Dr Yas shares his direct number personally — so a quick question about your patient never waits. You can also send a message any time through our Ask-Dr-Yas form.
We move quickly
A responsive practice keeps your patient’s recovery on track.

Stand in the theatre
Surgeons travel from around the world to observe these techniques in Dr Yas’s theatre. The same door is open to you. Observe a hip or knee operation — including, where consent allows, your own referred patient’s surgery — then take the rehabilitation forward knowing exactly what was done and why.
One email. Our rooms arrange all hospital credentialing.Getting your patient to Dr Yas
Physiotherapists can’t refer directly for a Medicare rebate — but it’s simple to get your patient seen, and to stay involved.
Recommend Dr Yas
Give your patient our handout, or your own recommendation note naming Dr Yas. A downloadable A5 note template is below.
They see their GP
The patient asks their GP for a referral naming Dr Yas. Or, with the patient’s consent, send us your note and we’ll coordinate with the GP.
We fast-track
Same-day acknowledgement, and private patients are usually seen within 1–2 weeks. You receive the letter within 48 hours.
Education & case discussions
Physiotherapist education evenings — implants in hand, surgical video, and case-based learning — plus access to case discussions on shared patients. Practical, collegial, and built around real clinical questions.
Register your interestSecond opinions, via you
Physiotherapists are often the first to spot the joint that still isn’t right after surgery elsewhere. If something doesn’t add up, send them our way — we’ll review the imaging and provide a written summary, coordinating with the GP for the referral.
